Technical competences: fiber optic passive components (fusion couplers, optical attenuators, optical isolators) optical fiber amplifiers for the third TLC window. Development of the realization, characterization and packaging technology for the first Italian fusion fiber couplers (Sinle Mode, Multi Mode, WDM).
